Returns & Exchanges
Due to the limited-quantity and made-to-order nature of our pieces, we operate a careful returns policy. Please read before ordering.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not yet been dispatched. After this window, cancellations are not possible as production may already be underway.
Defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or is the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear description and photos of the issue. We will review and arrange an appropriate resolution — this may include repair, replacement, or store credit.
Conditions for returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Returns are only accepted for defective items or errors on our part
- Shipping costs for returns due to our error are covered by us
Items not eligible for return
- Made-to-order pieces that have been customized
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after 48 hours without prior authorization
